Role:-
1. Manage mammalian cell culture Upstream operations, including vial revival, seed expansion, Media Preparation and single use bioreactor operations upto 2KL scale at cGMP environment.
2. Sound knowledge of QMS (Deviation, Change control & CAPA), Qualification of Process equipment’s like Bioreactors and Bench top equipment’s.
3. Responsible for the execution of USP shop floor activities, which include vial revival, seed propagation, bioreactor operations, and other upstream related activities.
4. This role involves managing daily operations in shifts, ensuring compliance with GMP and internal policies, optimizing processes, and leading a team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
